The property was on the outskirts of Salamanca and only a cheap taxi ride into stunning Salamanca. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They booked a taxi for us which you paid for on check out. The room was clean as was the bathroom. Toiletries were provided in the bathroom. - showergel, soap dispenser,shampoo and conditioner. They all had a great fragrance and were in colourful dispensers. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we went into Salamanca and had an early check out but the dining area and outside seating areas looked great.

Bedrooms always spotless and comfortable. Nice large beds with excellent pillow choice. Cannot fault the rooms. Bathrooms a little on the small side , but incredibly clean and that is what matters to me. We will always stay at the Montalvo, other similar hotels just do not match up.

For us a great location, just off the motorway and a perfect stopover en route to Isla Canela . The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. They noticed we had visited before and shortly after arriving we were presented with a small box of chocolates and bottled water. The half board deal was fantastic value for money with a good selection for dinner and as always the breakfast has great fresh choices.

Location chosen because of parking facilities and just outside centre. Even though there were 2 busy functions in the hotel staff were attentive and pleasant to us. Dining area was comfortable and overlooking the garden area. Food was very good and the staff looked after us very well.

Check in was easy. Staff were very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom shower was perfect. Dinner was really good. Oitdide area wad nice to sit in eith a drink or snacks Perfectly cooked food with great flavour. Hotel us easy to get to ftom the main road.. staff spoke perfect english ,which is a great help for those of us whose Spanish isn't great.

Located on ground floor in junior suite. Good clean hotel, friendly staff good underground secure parking for motorcycle. Safe in the room for passports etc. Kettle in room and little coffee machine Easy walking distance to town, approx 30 mins straight road down. Great stay as it was during festival week.

The location is good, but still need a taxi to town. Around 10euro one way. The staff is super friendly, particularly night time staff. We went early and the gentleman offered us a coffee to go and few sandwiches, very nice touch ! The prices for the great food is very good 👍🏻 The beds are clean and spacious. Great Internet speed. Matrasses are firm and the shower room has a very large shower heads, which is really cool !

Have used this hotel a few times. Nice little gesture in room, of a welcome back card a few chocolates and bottle of water, nice touch. Warm welcome by reception and also the staff in the restaurant. Room is a good size, clean and comfy beds. Easy parking.

Location is 10 minutes to the old town by car and in the edge of the industrial area. Convenient and quiet at night. Can see sunrise and sunset from window edges. Restaurant offer good value daily menu set weekdays. The food are very good!
